I literally have THOUSANDS of drill team photos from the past two years - being a photographer who works closely with the school AND a Highstepper mom, I had a rare opportunity to be at most of the closed door practices and rehearsals, performances, camps and competitions! Here are several from Maggie's Senior year - I randomly grabbed a bunch - no order of course!

As social officer, one of Maggies first duties was to put together a team video to "Call me Maybe".
For a portion of the video, she enlisted the principals - here they are dancing and singing!
You can find the video on youtube under Forney Highsteppers Call Me Maybe

Maggie's scenes:
Scenes on bus - center row, 3rd back, orange headband
Football/cheerleader scene - #79, orange headband
Chorus in stands - center row, yellow shirts, 3rd from front
Office scene - 3rd girl from left
Last scene - on the left

In all of these b/w pics - the gents (boy helpers) and dads were supposed to be building props for the team. Maggie was the only girl who came to "help" - it looked to me like she just caused trouble!

My all time favorite performance photo of Maggie at a pep rally. Hip hop is her specialty and I love how happy she looks dancing in this photo! (the rabbit ear is pointing her out!)

the following version is cool because the music went out and the girls kept counting and didn't miss a step! The crowd gave them a standing ovation - at a rival school away game! It even made the news!

Dedicated highstepper fan!
Tim helped with props, yelled for the girls, danced with them and was basically their own little mascot!
I think they all thought of him as the teams younger brother! |
