San Antonio Fam

The kids and I took a quick summer trip to San Antonio - Uncle Steve had come to visit too! 

It had been a long time since I took any photos go my parents and their grandchildren, we will have to do it again once baby comes!

Bump!

You know how most women think pregnancy is beautiful and love to touch other women's bellies? Gross  I'm not that girl  but, this pregnant belly - i'm in love with it! 

Nana and Maggie ended up in a few of Stephanie photos - that always seems to happen!

AMERICA!

So, one of my spokes models told me that he bought some new Chubbies (shorts) that he loved  - when Maggie saw them, she suggested we do a group spokes model shoot based on his shorts for 4th of July. We had three of our models and Maggie help out. Here are the results!

We stopped shooting just in time to watch the harbor fireworks show - some guy we were sitting by had a parrot and let us play with him!

Tim was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE being this close to the bird!

Backyard Bats

As Tommy was mowing the lawn one evening - he found this momma and her babies on one our trees. At first she was pressed so tight against the tree that she looked like fuzzy fungus! 

She was about the size of a hamster. Upon further investigation, we noticed her body moving in waves - then she lifted her head a two baby wings popped out! We must have laid in the grass for an hour watching them!

At one point, one of the babies licked her face all over - so sweet! (see video) 

There was a third baby that we only saw after dark, when the mom flew away. She was gone for just a little while, then she came back and picked them up. She has not returned.

Mega Fort

Maggie and Tim built a mega fort that pretty much took up the whole upstairs, used all of the furniture and even a ladder - here is Maggie in the doorway
